All-New Lexus RX 350 Here in Malaysia

Lexus Malaysia has been working hard in bringing to Malaysia the all-new third-generation Lexus RX 350 in record time, faster than any parallel importer has. At RM 377,000 OTR without insurance, RX is keenly priced against key premium rivals, offering nine exterior colours, three leather colours and two wood trims to choose from.

On the outside, RX is instantly recognisable yet sufficiently differentiated from the previous RX, sporting Lexus's L-Finesse styling philosophy which gives RX a sharper, more grown-up look. If the exterior is evolutionary, the interior is without doubt revolutionary, featuring a radical centre console design. A 3.5-litre V6 with 273 bhp and 346 Nm is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission with sequential shift. RX is driven through its two front wheels in normal conditions but the torque is sent to all four wheels in slippery conditions.

Equipment levels are comprehensive, including items such as adaptive bi-xenon headlamps, sunroof, Organic LED (OLED) instruments, cruise control, full leather upholstery, walnut wood grain trim and eight-way electrically adjustable driver and front passenger seats. Mark Levinson audio system is not available though. The safety kit is similarly impressive, with 10 airbags and the VDIM managing all constituent safety systems.
