Nissan GT-R Police Car In Abu Dhabi

In most countries, having a BMW as a police car would be overkill, let alone a Nissan GT-R. However, painted in colours of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) flag, this GT-R is apparently deemed necessary in Abu Dhabi, one of the seven emirates constituting UAE. Other than the siren system, this GT-R is completely standard—meaning there is 478 bhp and 588 Nm available on tap, enough to propel the car from 0-100 km/h in 3.5 seconds, and on to a top speed of 314 km/h. Sounds like a performance overkill? Perhaps, but remember, the criminals in oil-rich Abu Dhabi may be driving similar fast cars too.
