Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) has now provided the 2011 Nissan Teana with new optional items. First up is a built-in Multimedia Navigation System that includes GPS navigation with multi-lingual support and 3D maps, a 7" LCD touch-screen monitor, a reverse camera, Bluetooth hands-free system, an SD card slot, a USB port, and iPod connectivity. Another optional item is a subtle aerokit as seen on the Teana (pictured above).
For the time period until 30 September, the 2011 Nissan Teana can be purchased at a special hire purchase rate of 2.18 percent per annum. ETCM will also throw in the RM 4000 Multimedia Navigation System and the RM 3000 Aerokit for free during this promotional period. Existing Teana owners can purchase the navigation system at a discounted price of RM 2500, though the body kit remains at RM 3000.
The 2011 Nissan Teana is available as four variants: the Teana 2.0 Comfort at RM 141,000, the Teana 2.0 Luxury at RM 145,000, the Teana 2.5 V6 Premium at RM 173,000, and the Teana 3.5 V6 Exquisite at RM 248,500. All variants except the range-topper are locally-assembled so that Nissan's D-segment sedan can be competitively priced against the likes of the Toyota Camry and Honda Accord.
