Geneva Motor Show: Toyota FT-86 II Concept

Toyota has unveiled the Toyota FT-86 II Concept at the Geneva Motor Show. As its name suggests, the new Toyota concept is based on the Toyota FT-86 Concept, which first appeared in Tokyo near the end of 2009, though with a number of styling changes that tunes the car's visual aggression up a notch.

Toyota claims that the FT-86 II is the “clearest indication yet” of how its all-new, rear-wheel-drive coupe will look in 2012. While the technical details of the upcoming Toyota sports coupe remain undisclosed, Toyota has confirmed that a 2.0-litre four-cylinder Subaru-sourced Boxer engine will be made available from launch.
